Friday Night Development Workouts

The Developmental Workouts are specifically designed for recreational-level athletes who wish to develop more advanced skills.  It is a group-style learning session that will include various drills and exercises focusing on hitting, fielding, agility, body control, plyometrics, and classroom time to develop baseball IQ.  All of these areas will not be offered in one session but over a 4 week period. If you would like to develop various skills we encourage you to sign up for 4 sessions so that your athlete gets the most out of the program. If you do not wish to attend 4 sessions, you can sign up for 1 session, but the fee per session is higher. 

If you wish to purchase 4 sessions, please register on the date you want to start and select the 4-week option below. You do NOT need to continue to sign up for the other dates. We will ensure you have a spot for the next 4 weeks. If you want to purchase 1 session at a time, you will need to sign up for each individual date you would like to attend. 

The next set of workouts will begin on February 24th and registration for those dates will be posted the mid-February. 

*This workout is NOT for current travel ball athletes who are committed to other organizations. This is specifically designed to support athletes who play in recreational leagues.
