Friday Night Development Workouts

The Developmental Workouts are specifically designed for recreational-level athletes who wish to develop more advanced skills.  It is a group-style learning session that will include various drills and exercises focusing on hitting, fielding, agility, body control, plyometrics, and classroom time to develop baseball IQ.  All of these areas will not be offered in one session but over a 4 week period. 

Session Dates are 2/24, 3/10, 3/17, 3/24

*This workout is NOT for current travel ball athletes who are committed to other organizations. This is specifically designed to support athletes who play in recreational leagues.
